Who We Are


Dr. Chyi-Tong Lee, Advisory Board

Education: B.S. in Electrical Engineering, National Taiwan University Ph. D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science,University of California, Berkeley.

Working Experience:
President in transit of National Tsing-Hua National University
President of Jing-Yi University
President of Ji-Nan University
Currently, Professor at Ji-Nan University.

Dr. Lee has received many academic achievements including fives times of National Science Outstanding Achievements.
Dr. Lee is a humanitarian and has been serving the underprivileged since he was in the college. He visits School for the Blindness in Tai-Zhong and St. Teresa Children Center in Xin-Chu De-Lan Orphanage once a week to tutor the children.
Dr. Lee is a renowned writer as well. He has published several popular publications including "Let the wall Come Down","The Strangers","The Curtain Never Falls", etc.

Dr. Tah Zen Yuan. Advisory Board

Education: B.S.in Mathematics, National Taiwan University
Ph.D. in Mathematics, University of Notre Dame, South Bend, Ind.,
MBA. University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, Wisconsin
MS (CSCE), Stanford University, Palo Alto, CA

Working Experience:
College professor,
Staff at Stanford University
IBM Engineer,
VP of a high tech company
EVP level position of a Taiwanese commercial bank at Taipei,
Consultant for high tech investments.

Hobby: Chinese calligraphy.

Ruth Jeng, Chairperson of Board, Founder.

Graduated from Fu Jen Catholic University in Taiwan with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature and later awarded an MBA degree by Golden Gate University in San Francisco.

Ms. Jeng had worked at the accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand before starting her own real estate investment company in the early 90's. Her business included apartments and hotel resorts.

She retired in 1998 to devote herself fully on projects that improved children education in disadvantaged regions of China. Ruth is also a volunteer of the Bay Area Suicide Prevention Center.

Anli Chao, Board, Chair of Taiwan Chapter,PEACH Education Association

Ms. Chao was a consultant of Technical Support Department in China Trust Commercial Bank in Taiwan, she was also a consultant of Soft Tech Inc.

She is a volunteer of Hsinchu Red Collar Stray Animial Association.

Ms. Chao was a volunteer of Civil Affair Department in Hsinchu Municipal office, also served as President of Parent Association in the Bilingual Department of National Experimental High School, Hsinchu Science Park.

Sherry Liu

She holds bachelor and master degree in Economics. She worked as statistician, computer system analyst. Retired, she works with non-profit organizations as well as volunteers as interpreter in hospital.

Peggy Liou

Peggy is an alumna of Fu Jen University in Taiwan and San Jose State University in California. She has worked in the high-tech industry for over 20 years.

Peggy has served on the board of several organizations like Self-Help for the Elderly and Dimension Performing Arts. She also volunteers for the American Cancer Society.
